Homes built with legacy, meaning, and vision.
RGM brings a generational legacy of home‑building in Anakapalli into a modern expression — rooted in tradition, designed for today.

THE ORIGIN
It began with a Penkutillu.
In 1959, our great‑grandfather built the first Penkutillu in Anakapalli — a traditional tiled‑roof home defined by strength, simplicity, and timeless design.
That house was not built to follow trends, but to last.
And that belief continues today.
THE JOURNEY
From Roots to Return
What started as a house became a childhood. What became a childhood grew into identity. And what stayed rooted eventually became RGM.

Yedu Medalu
Seven homes. Seven colors. Seven energies.
Inspired by the 7 colors of the rainbow and the 7 horses of Surya Bhagawan, Yedu Medalu represents balance, movement, and completeness — homes that are individual, yet part of a unified vision.
